By accessing and using the Liorivo website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Services Rendered
Liorivo provides AI automation consulting, custom software development, and integration services. Scope of work is defined in individual client agreements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with proper notice.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a Master Service Agreement (MSA), Liorivo retains the intellectual property rights to the base AI frameworks, while clients retain ownership of their proprietary data and custom workflows.
